SUMMER CAMP WEEK 2: Je Dance (6/29-7/3)

💃 Je Dance

Mia loved to dance. She danced in her room, in the kitchen, and even in the garden when the wind blew through the flowers. But what she loved most was dancing with her friends.

One sunny morning, the town announced a big dance festival in the park. Mia’s heart skipped with excitement. “I’m going to show everyone my moves!” she said.

She practiced splits, jumps, and spins every day. Her dog, Pippin, wagged his tail and tried to copy her steps, which made her giggle.

Finally, the day of the festival arrived. The park was full of dancers — big and small, fast and slow. Mia took a deep breath, remembered all her practice, and stepped onto the stage.

The music started, and she danced with her whole heart. She smile, spun, and leaped as if the whole world was a stage just for her. The crowd cheered, clapped, and laughed with joy.

When the music ended, Mia bowed. She realized it didn’t matter if she was the best dancer — the best part was sharing her love of dancing with everyone.

From that day on, whenever Mia danced, people shouted,

“Je Dance!” —
because her joy was impossible not to follow.
