SUMMER CAMP WEEK 6: Roses Form My Heart (7/27-7/31)
🌷 Roses From My Heart
Every Saturday morning, Emma picked flowers from the garden. Her favorite were the red roses — bright and soft like sunshine.
She carried them carefully in her little basket and ran to her mom, who was sitting by the window.
“Mom! Look what I picked for you!” she said with a big smile.
Her mom smiled back and lifted the roses to her face.
“They smell beautiful, just like you,” she said.
Emma climbed onto her lap, and together they put the flowers in a vase. The whole room filled with color and a happy smell.
Every week after that, Emma brought her mom new roses — some red, some pink, some white.
And every time she did, her mom’s smile grew just a little brighter.
Because to Emma, giving roses wasn’t just about flowers — it was her way of saying,
“I love you, Mom.”
